Among the interesting activities conducted during the 7 days 6 nights fully residential MIM-TRYLA programme were sessions by invited speakers, outdoor teambuilding activities, strategy games, leadership exercises, project management planning and management discussions. Participants also took part in a community project at the Sincere Care Home, a home for the old folks, single mothers and children in Kajang. The 50 TRYLAns carried out general cleaning, repaired the fencing and filled up some potholes in the compound, repainted the fencing and the home. The inmates of the home were each presented with toiletteries and towel etc. The TRYLAns spent two hours socialising with the inmates and entertained them with a group performance. A community lunch was also organised for the 65 inmates.

The MIM-TRYLA is part of MIM's effort to give back to society. Also featured as part of MIM's corporate social responsibility programmes are two other programmes: MIM Managers' Renewal Programme for mid career managers (MIM-THORA) and MIM Life Enrichment Programme for retiring managers (MIM-RAMLEA).
